Work Location:

In person | Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year

• Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Writes Repair Orders and explains charges.
• Performs vehicle walk‑around and documents customer concerns.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks the progress of repair throughout the day.
• Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or timing impacts.
• Maintains strong customer satisfaction.
• Advises customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining vehicles per manufacturer specifications.
• Follows Quirk safety policies and procedures, and reports any accidents to a manager or supervisor immediately.

• Prior sales experience required.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work‑related activities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent computer skills.

• Health, dental/vision, 401(k), long‑term disability, life insurance and critical illness insurance.
• Basic life insurance and AD&D policy of $20,000 at no cost.
• Paid sick time after 90 days and vacation after 1 year.
