Construction Manager Development Program

Are you ready to launch your career in construction? Our Construction Manager Development Program is a structured, two-year track designed for recent graduates in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management who want hands-on experience and a clear path to leadership roles.

About the Program

This program combines field experience, office rotations, and formal training modules to give you a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry. You’ll learn how projects are built from the ground up, develop technical and leadership skills, and prepare for roles such as Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor, and beyond.

Program Highlights
  • Year 1:
    • Work primarily in the field as part of the project management and supervision team.
    • Gain firsthand experience with construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
    • Rotate into the office to assist with estimating, bidding, and project layout activities.
  • Year 2:
    • Take ownership of small projects or portions of larger ones.
    • Support estimating, scheduling, and project coordination.
    • Focus on leadership development and prepare for larger responsibilities.

    Skills:

    Project layouts, elevation measurements, quality control, resource tracking.
  • Scheduling & Coordination:
    Short-term schedules, subcontractor coordination, and P6 updates.

  • Safety & Compliance:
    Weekly audits and monthly PM reviews.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    Daily reports, requisitions, and project wrap-up meetings.
