• Provide detailed daily reports covering personnel, weather, inspections, equipment, materials, visitors, testing, photos, quantities, extras, and save digital copies.
• Confirm that all work complies with construction documents.
• Maintain a digital log of submittals and RFIs and access all applicable documents on site.
• Check submittals against specifications and verify delivered materials against approved submittals.
• Stay familiar with the weekly schedule, attend all meetings, review minutes, and correct any inaccuracies promptly.
• Ensure contractors align with local codes and project permits, observe and report any safety or OSHA violations to the CM/GC.
• Work independently, seek guidance when needed, and collaborate with the project team.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly review of CM/GC Pay Requisition for accuracy, percent completions, and verification of stored materials as required.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly review of the CM/GC’s project schedule and provide feedback.
• Coordinate testing and inspections with the owner’s testing agency and other subconsultants.
• Review and verify time and material slips for contract change work.

The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate relationships.

• Roles require some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. Employers will support flexible work/life needs.

• Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, crawl, climb, and reach; lift 40 lbs or more; comply with PPE; endure extremes and noise/fumes.
• 10 years of construction supervisory experience or 7 years with a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• 5 years reviewing construction plans and specs for conformance.
• 5 years following a CM/GC Project Specific Safety Plan.
• Current OSHA 10‑hour or 30‑hour certificate, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
