Description

Dental Crafters Network, believes in delivering an outstanding experience in every interaction. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first voices our clients hear-providing support, guidance, and a bit of creative problem-solving along the way.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, loves building connections, and naturally offers helpful suggestions and solutions. You'll coordinate cases, provide top-tier support, and help clients get the most out of working with us.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to doctors and office staff via phone and email
  • Listen for opportunities to offer helpful products or services that align with client needs
  • Coordinate patient appointments for custom shade/stain or CT scans
  • Schedule pickups with shipping couriers and communicate timing with clients
  • Receive and process both physical and digital cases
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personal touches and attentive service
  • Send timely correspondence and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
  • Assist with order entry and product fulfillment for Argon Dental
  • Keep accurate records of client communication and interactions
  • Contribute ideas for improving processes and customer experience across the Network
  • Support and live out the Dental Crafters Network values in all aspects of your work
Requirements
  • 1-3 years in a customer-facing role-support, coordination, or administrative experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Confident communicator with a professional, warm phone presence
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A team player who genuinely enjoys helping people
