Job Title
Pay Rate: $19 per hour
Summary8 hour days, Mon-Fri. 9AM-6PM CST
Work Mode:
Positions could be remote, or work in Marshfield, WI onsite
Triaging inbound calls from customers while ensuring a high level of customer service
Assisting Health Plan Customers with inquiries regarding Enrollment Information, Premium Payment Options, requests for Health Plan materials, and Health Plan Exchange Product information
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer contact
Communicating effectively with customers
Maintaining confidentiality
Maintaining a good working relationship with co-workers
RequirementsHigh School diploma required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
Cannot live in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, Washington, Washington, D.C., West Virginia
Internet at home required if remote
Preferred SkillsStrong background in Call Center, Medical, Insurance preferred
Some college preferred
