Dental Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our exceptional team and help provide outstanding care to our pediatric patients and their families. In this role, you will work closely with our doctors to assist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, support clinical care, and help create a positive and comfortable experience for every patient.

Location(s): Weston & Marshfield

• Assist during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient care.
• Support clinical care and patient comfort.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for patients and families.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers to maintain workflow.

• Strong desire to work with children.
• A minimum of one year experience working with children preferred.
• Dental Assistant Certificate preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to patient/parent satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and work as a team to maintain a steady flow.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for educating parents.
• Good hand‑eye coordination, manual dexterity, and precision.
• Requires local travel to other First Impressions offices.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
