, allowing us to provide the kind of personalized, high-quality care that puts people first—not policies. • Compensation is 33% of production — with this model, associates in our practice have the potential to earn $500,000+ annually.
• $850/day guaranteed for the first year (adjusted to reflect days worked)
• CE Support: We highly value continuing education and support our team in pursuing growth and clinical excellence. While we do not have a formal CE stipend,
  CE expenses are reimbursed at the owner's discretion
  , and we actively encourage team members to pursue courses that align with their professional goals and the needs of the practice.
• 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contribution + discretionary profit-sharing
• Employer-paid Life, AD&D, Long-Term and Short-Term Disability insurance
• Vacation policy: unlimited (owner’s discretion, up to two consecutive weeks at a time)

• Full-time: Monday–Thursday, 8 AM–5 PM
• Procedures: crowns, root canals, extractions; implants a plus but not required
• Hands-on mentorship from an experienced, approachable dentist
• Flexible, family-friendly scheduling to support work-life balance
• Non-contracted, insurance-independent office allowing full clinical freedom
