Echocardiography, TEE (Transesophageal Echo), Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc) Trauma Level: II EMR:

Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements:
Active WI License or wiling to obtain BC/BE
