• 4‑day work week
• Full‑scope Family Practice with Obstetrics and C‑sections
• No ED coverage required
• Specialty interests encouraged and can be supported, including hospitalist shifts, women's health, geriatrics/nursing home rounds, leadership titles, and more
• Supportive team of 4 Family Practice OBs and 3 Family Practice Physicians and 6 Midlevels
• State‑of‑the‑art birthing center just renovated in 2022
• J1 and H1B visa holders can be considered
• HPSA Score of 15 and PSLF eligible site
• Practicing physicians, as well as 2026 and 2027 residents/fellows are encouraged to apply

• Total recruitment package of $680,000
• Base salary + call compensation of $429,000
• $200,000 Sign‑on bonus
