The Boys & Girls Club of Marshfield is seeking a Teen Program Leader for a part-time school-year position (2:30 pm–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday). You will mentor 7th & 8th graders, plan engaging activities, and help run a safe, welcoming program after school.
You’ll work with staff and volunteers, support behavior management, track participation, and assist with special events. Applicants 18+ preferred; background checks required; degree pursuit in education or related field encouraged.
