Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our client is an organization in the Ozaukee County area that’s looking for a FP&A Manager

The salary for this position is $120k - $165k.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead enterprise-wide FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decision-making
• Consolidate financial results across business units and deliver executive-level reporting
• Partner with corporate leaders to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
• Standardize templates and reporting tools to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes to adapt to evolving business needs
• Influence the development of driver-based forecasting and planning methodologies
• Mentor and develop junior finance talent, building a strong pipeline of future leaders

The FP&A Manager will possess the following:

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience; manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for distilling complex data into insights
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Familiarity with ERP and planning tools (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan)
