• Guide members through the entire mortgage process, from application to closing.
• Provide personalized loan options and calculations tailored to member needs.
• Originate, review, and process mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, real estate agents, and loan processors to ensure smooth, timely closings.
• Ensure all mortgage activities comply with TRID, state, and federal regulations.
• Support consumer lending when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with members, realtors, and community partners to promote mortgage services.

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• At least 3 years of mortgage loan officer experience preferred.
• Must qualify with NMLS.
• Previous consumer lending experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with confidential information.
