Community Care is hiring a Regional Program Director. RegionalProgram Director
Job Responsibilities:
Managed Care
Oversee management of care management teams. Ensure compliance with Care Management model practice standards, DHS and CMS regulations. Implement organizationally identified strategic initiatives. Build and maintain critical relationships with a key variety of stakeholders.
Quality Assurance and ReviewConducts and prepares quality assurance audits/ studies for area(s) of accountability.
Process ImprovementIntegrates the use of process improvement tools, including PDSA cycle, in the facilitation of process improvement and program delivery changes. Provides leadership to management staff to ensure thorough understanding and appropriate use of process improvement tools.
Data Collection and ReportingOversees collection of utilization, encounter and related data, and ensures timely reporting.
Care Management ConsultationServes as a consultant to IDTS for member specific issues as needed. Provides direction or training to ensure understanding and compliance with policies and procedures, ensure proper response for member health and safety, and mitigates potential risk.
Program-Specific Strategic InitiativesProvides leadership to the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of tactics specific to a program, region or program site.
Stakeholder RelationshipsProvides leadership in establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders including members, guardians, family members, providers, public officials and the general public. Provides leadership to regional advisory committees as assigned, represents Community Care on various external work groups, and is responsive to requests for information from DHS/CMS.
Special Assignments & ProjectsCoordinates, delegates or performs special assignments and projects as requested by leadership staff.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Regional Program DirectorJob Requirements:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration or Human Services with additional years of experience.
Masters: in health care Administration, Business Administration, Human Services or Nursing preferred.
Experience:
Required 5 years of experience as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation. 8 years experience as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation may be substituted for the advanced degree requirement.
Preferred Above required experience preferably with the aging population, or adults with physical or intellectual disabilities.
Certifications and Licenses: WI Drivers License
Regional Program Director
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, no holidays; no weekends, occasional on-call rotation. Position is predominately remote with occasional requirement to be on-site for meetings and to meet with staff.
