Within 80 miles = $8/hr rate reduction

Note:

No previous employees (must be 6 months since last Marshfield assignment)

7 rooms (4 Cath/EP, 3 IR/Vascular)

20+ cases/day total

LHC, RHC, PCI, Structural, Watchman, Impella, IABP, IFR/FFR, IVUS, STEMI, Roto, Laser

Room setup & radiation safety, equipment calibration (fluoro/hemo), scrub/assist (wires, catheters, balloons, stents), sheath removal, room turnover

Cath: 1 RN, 3 Techs

EP: 3–4 team

IR: 1 RN, 2 Techs (+ Anesthesia for Neuro)

STEMI Call: 1 RN + 3 Techs

4x10s (7:00–17:30) + call | Rotating weekday off
Call: ~1 weekday every 3 weeks & 1 weekend every 3 weekends (Fri–Mon)
Response time: 30 mins

Merge, Cerner

2–3 days + buddy call (no call week
1)

Scrubs provided | Must clock in/out at facility
