Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist / PT for a travel therapy assignment at Marshfield Health Services in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

This is a full-time travel opportunity within the Continuum Therapy Partners network. Continuum is the therapy provider supporting the facility directly, which gives travelers clearer communication, better insight into the assignment, and direct support from a team that understands the clinical environment.

Estimated weekly pay is based on assignment details available at the time of posting. Actual weekly pay may vary based on hours worked, stipend eligibility, benefit elections, tax with holdings, and approved reimbursements. Full pay package details will be reviewed during the screening process.

• Provide skilled Physical Therapy services in accordance with clinical standards, physician orders, plan of care, and facility expectations.
• Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients improve mobility, function, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and progress.
• Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners.
• Support discharge planning, patient education, and functional outcomes.
• Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach.

• Active or eligible Wisconsin Physical Therapist / PT license.
• Prior skilled nursing, post-acute rehab, LTC, or geriatric experience preferred.
• Travel experience preferred, but not required for the right clinician.
• Net Health experience is a plus.
• Strong documentation, communication, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to start quickly and complete required onboarding before assignment start.

We are building our internal travel program with the goal of creating a reliable group of Continuum travelers who can support 13-week openings across our network. For strong clinicians, this may create visibility into future assignments, extensions, permanent opportunities, or leadership paths when the fit, timing, licensure, performance, and business need line up.
