Marshfield, WI and Medford, WI is looking for an established Hearing Care Provider to join the team and take over 2 very successful practices. This opening is due to retirement of our current provider who has served the community for over 20 years.
The Hearing House has been helping Wisconsin residents hear better through personalized care, advanced technology, and exceptional service. Our mission is simple: provide the best information, hearing evaluations, and ongoing support to every patient we serve. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships and delivering a warm, personal touch to hearing healthcare.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Audiologist (Au.D.) or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join our team and support our established clinics in Marshfield and Medford, Wisconsin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys working independently, building patient relationships, and driving business growth while making a meaningful impact in patients' lives.
Practice Highlights- Well-established community presence and referral network
- Recommend and fit hearing aid technology based on individual patient needs
- Provide counseling, follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support
- Build long-term patient relationships and drive patient satisfaction
- Support practice growth through patient retention, outreach, and business development efforts
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborate with Patient Care Coordinators and support staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
- Licensed Audiologist (Au.D.) or licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Strong hearing aid dispensing experience
- Proven ability to build patient trust and close treatment recommendations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow a successful practice
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for helping patients improve their quality of life through better hearing
- Total compensation opportunity:
Approximately $150,000 annually - Competitive base salary plus incentive opportunity
