We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate therapy care team.
Responsibilities include:- Providing, monitoring, and documenting services for residents with physical, cognitive, developmental, and psychosocial impairments
- Selecting, implementing, and modifying therapy activities aligned with resident goals
- Communicating and sharing documentation with occupational therapists
- Understanding targeted occupational therapy outcomes for residents
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in applicable states
- Possession of NBCOT certification is preferred when working at certain facilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within six months
- Valid driver’s license may be required
