Golf Service Attendant, Blackwolf Run

Opportunity

Ensure that all guest pre‑play and post‑play needs are attended to in a timely and courteous manner. Care for and maintain on a daily basis the Blackwolf Run property in car storage, bag room, and practice areas.

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

• Assist with daily transfer of golf bags between all Destination Kohler locations.
• Prepare golf car staging area and outside service area for daily guest traffic.
• Thoroughly clean all golf cars before and after use.
• Clean, gas, and charge all golf cars after use.
• Greet all incoming guests and offer facility information.
• Receive and set up all guest golf bags in accordance with tee‑time reservations.
• Clean guest clubs before and after play.
• Receive and tag guest golf bags for storage.
• Record and issue rental clubs to guests.
• Retrieve, clean, and re‑stock practice balls daily.
• Maintain adequate supply of practice balls.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the professional golf staff.

This is a seasonal position that will continue through the end of the 2026 golf season. Employees must be able to work during the week and weekends, with shifts varying between 5:00 am and 10:00 pm.

• Must be friendly and outgoing.
• Previous golf course operations experience helpful.
• Must be 16 or older.
• Strong work ethic and ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays throughout the golf season.

The hourly range for this position is $10.40–$15.60. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and work location.
