The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and culture.
- Partner with the executive leadership teamto execute strategic plansand complete the company’s transformation fromfamily ‑ ownedoperations to a scalable,metrics ‑ driven,PE ‑ backedenterprise.
- Lead change in a respectful and deliberate manner to ensure alignment,buy ‑ in, and retention of key contributors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop,maintain,and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Oversee audits, reporting, and HR-related legal matters.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR policies and best practices.
- LeadDivisional
HRemployeesand oversee day-to-day HR operations. - Manage HRIS systems, data reporting, and analytics.
- Improve cross-departmental communication, workflow, and prioritization.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to track HR effectiveness.
- Oversee salary structures, benchmarking, and incentive programs.
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships.
- Ensureprogramsremaincompetitive and cost-effective.
- Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and culture.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and succession planning processes.
- Identifyorganizational training needs and implement development programs.
- Design and implement performance management systems and career development programs.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage operational budgets, forecasts, cost initiatives, and performance reporting.
- Identifycost ‑ reductionopportunities without compromising quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources,business administration, or related field
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, or production environments.
- Track recordof successfully leading organizations through large ‑ scale change or transformation.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision ‑ making capabilities.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in privateequitybackedor rapidly scaling manufacturing environments.
- Strategic operator who can balancebig ‑ picture thinking withhands ‑ on execution.
- Empatheticleaderwho earns trust and brings people along during periods of change.
- Skilled at modernizing processes while honoring legacy culture and experience.
- Decisive,data ‑ driven, and calm under pressure.
- Strong relationship ‑ builderwith strong emotional intelligence.
