This includes managing team performance, maintaining site standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a hands‑on leader who is comfortable working alongside their team, solving problems in real time, and driving consistent results across key performance areas such as volume, revenue, and operational efficiency.

• 3+ years of leadership in a customer‑facing environment
• Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to get hands‑on with equipment and operations
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in all weather conditions
• Must pass a drug screen and background check per state requirements
