Production Manager

Badgerland Exteriors & Solar is looking for a Production Manager to support our growing roofing and solar divisions. This role is all about coordination, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from contract signing to final walk-through.

• Coordinate all post-contract tasks including scheduling, ordering materials, and preparing crews.
• Track current and upcoming projects to ensure timelines stay on course.
• Communicate delivery times, schedules, and updates to homeowners.
• Visit job sites to monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
• Support crews, sales reps, and management team with day-to-day leadership needs.
• Maintain high safety and workmanship standards across all projects.
• March through November is busy season with standard hours of 7am-5pm.
• December, January, and February have a lighter workload and more flexible scheduling.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and support multiple crews.
• Experience in construction or exterior remodeling is helpful but not required.
• Comfort managing timelines, solving problems, and adjusting to changing conditions.
