- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of experience in direct sales or marketing in energy, solutions-based, or financial services
- 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role
- Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales management experience in similar industries
- Proven experience in direct sales to C-Suite executives
- Highly motivated with a strong customer focus
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
