Position: Regional Sales Manager, Northern Territory (NORESCO)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to develop regional sales plans and marketing strategies
  • Lead the Regional Sales Team in achieving sales goals and fostering new customer relationships
  • Implement staffing, onboarding, and training strategies to enhance team performance
  • Manage account strategies for key segments and targeted accounts
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding key account opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in direct sales or marketing in energy, solutions-based, or financial services
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or people management role
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 50% as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of sales management experience in similar industries
  • Proven experience in direct sales to C-Suite executives
  • Highly motivated with a strong customer focus
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
