Quality Analyst

Overview

This position is a Quality Analyst responsible for inspecting incoming material, finished products and purchased products that will be sent to customers of JDR Manufacturing.

• Measure tooling and components to ensure they are made to specification
• Document results of all inspections and provide feedback to peers and management
• Dispostion products by pass/fail/rework criteria with engineering guidance
• Work in conjunction with toolmakers and technicians to assure quality in products
• Adhere to all D&M safety and workforce policies
• Other duties as required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision
• Capability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Skilled in using measurement devices such as micrometers, drop gauges, calipers, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word or related software

• High School diploma required

• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
