Machine Operator – Plate Production (Day Shift)


Location:

Clintonville, WI
Shift: 6 AM–6 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Starting Pay: $19.50/hour and up (based on experience)

112 vacation hours/year (4.31 hrs per pay period)

24 sick hours/year (prorated in hire year)

2-2-3 Schedule: Work 14 days/month with every other weekend off

Week 1:
Work Mon–Tues, Off Wed–Thurs, Work Fri–Sun

Week 2:
Off Mon–Tues, Work Wed–Thurs, Off Fri–Sun

What You’ll Do:

Operate and monitor production machinery

Load materials (paper rolls, plates, etc.)

Adjust settings and check product quality

Perform basic maintenance

Follow all safety protocols and keep your area clean

High School Diploma or GED

Factory/machine experience is a plus (but not required)

Mechanical aptitude & basic math skills

Good communication and teamwork
