Job Title: Inventory Coordinator
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Range: $65k - $70k + bonus
SummaryConnect Search is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Waukesha County.
Responsibilities- Coordinate inventory control program development and training company wide.
- Develop root cause analysis process for detecting inventory errors.
- Manage inventory costing.
- Execute cycle counting plans and perform a Fiscal inventory at year end.
- Develop inventory storage plan revolving around lead times, purchasing quantity breaks, and sales.
- Manage inventory adjustments into and out of quality hold areas resulting in scrap or good product.
- Negotiate and purchase stocking levels to facilitate shortened lead times and price breaks for our customers.
- Develop proper staging processes that facilitate inventory accuracy.
- Manage freight negotiation to determine the vendors and methods of shipment.
- Understand vendor’s delivery schedules to be sure the products are in the proper condition and quantity.
- 3+ years of inventory and logistics experience within a manufacturing environment
