Maintenance Technician
Waukesha County, WI | $30–$35/hr | Full Benefits
We’ve partnered with a respected, growth-oriented industrial manufacturer to identify a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their facilities and operations team. This is a stable, full-time opportunity in a clean, safety-focused environment where maintenance professionals play a critical role in keeping production moving.
This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical ability, welding and fabrication experience, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
What this person will do:Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment and facility systems
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery such as compressors, hoists, and production equipment
Fabricate or modify parts as needed
Cut, weld, thread, and install piping
Support outside contractors on site
Document maintenance activity
Assist with general building and grounds upkeep when required
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Comfortable with MIG/TIG/stick welding
- Ability to machine or mill parts
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
$30–$35/hr
