* Job Description:

** Ariens Company is seeking a motivated and passionate Process Technician that will provide support for production assembly lines and operations personnel, focusing on maximizing employee safety, product quality, delivery and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* ** Pay:
** Starts at $24/hour + $2,000 sign on bonus
* ** Schedule &

Shift:
** Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:45AM-2:45PM
** THE DAY TO DAY…
*** Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
* Wear appropriate PPE
* Conduct cycle timing/line balancing
* Support updating standard work & binder
* Identify and implement VA/VE projects
* Support process audits
* Support torque audits
* Support CI log process
* Support safety/ergo team
* New line layout/setup
* Supporting new technology integration
* Identify and implement new tooling
* Audit tooling/fixtures
* Troubleshoot tooling issues
* Submit maintenance/SAFA request
* Production Verification (PV) build support
* Design Verification (DV) build support
* Manage impact of PCS changes on the line
* Train and develop others as necessary
** THE QUALIFICATIONS…
*** A technical degree is preferred but not required
* Experience using lean principles to drive continuous improvement
* Ability to plan, coordinate, and implement projects ranging in size and scope
* Experience dealing with a variety of people in a variety of settings
* Moderate level or above computer skills with MS Office preferred
* A strong mechanical aptitude
* An ability to communicate effectively – written or verbal
** THE WORK ENVIRONMENT…
*** Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
* Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
* Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
* Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
* Desire for personal development and growth
