- 3+ years of dedicated experience designing tooling for profile, co-extrusion, and tri-extrusion processes are requirements for this position
- Pay is up to $90,000 annually

This full time, permanent Extrusion Tooling Engineer – Profile, Co-Extrusion & Tri-Extrusion is at a growing, very flexible, employee-friendly, ISO-certified manufacturer of plastic extrusion products. This position could grow into a department head position, if that is of interest. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Responsibilities- Creating plastic extrusion tooling designs for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
- Directing the designing, building, modifying, installing and maintaining efforts
- Assisting machine operators and machinists
- Adjusting the extrusion tooling
- Working with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and improve production processes
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
- 3+ years of plastic extrusion tooling design experience for profile extrusion, co-extrusion and tri-extrusion
- 3+ years of strong extrusion processing experience
- Strong extrusion processing knowledge
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes
