Machine Caster - 1st and 2nd Shift

Job Summary

We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift Machine Casters to operate molding machines producing urethane molded parts at our Marshfield location. The 10‑hour shift runs Monday‑Thursday: 5:00 am–3:00 pm on 1st shift and 3:00 pm–1:00 am on 2nd shift, with overtime on Fridays when available.

The Machine Caster will set up and operate a molding machine, including general setup, preparation, pouring, demolding, and trimming parts according to customer specifications. The role requires good time‑management skills, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, and a positive attitude. Experience in the industry is preferred but not required.

• Previous machine operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures, and safety rules
• Capability to lift 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of shop mathematics and accurate use of measurement tools and equipment
• Self‑motivated problem solver who maintains positive relationships with team members
• Excellent attendance record

• 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday)
• $0.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift
• Overtime on Friday when available
