Job Description & How to Apply Below

A day in the life

Picture your shift beginning with a safety check and PPE on. You review drawings, confirm sizing instructions, and pull a tape to verify dimensions. You bring motorized equipment online—forklifts and KVAL lifts among them—then set machines to precise sizing specifications. As product flows, you swap heads and tools, make real-time adjustments, and keep quality on target. Between runs, you handle station keeping: light repairs, routing and tracking work, and preventative maintenance to keep uptime high.

Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates, communicate changes clearly, and follow day-to-day direction from your supervisor. Above all, you work safely and follow established procedures.

Core responsibilities
  • Operate motorized equipment as needed (including forklifts and KVAL lifts).
  • Read and follow sizing instructions; perform quality checks with a tape measure.
  • Set up and adjust equipment to meet sizing specifications; interpret drawings; change heads and tools.

  • Support team members through strong communication and collaboration.
  • Work safely, wear required PPE, and follow all safety procedures.
  • Execute tasks under day-to-day guidance from a supervisor.
Schedule & overtime

Work a rotating pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off for 15 days a month plus two weekends.

Shifts run 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.
