Machine Caster - 1st and 2nd Shift - 4 day work week

Molded Dimensions Group (MDG), located in Marshfield, Wisconsin, manufactures specialty polyurethane products for agriculture, manufacturing, industry, government, and mining. We are seeking 1st and 2nd shift Machine Castors to operate molding machines on a 10‑hour shift schedule (Monday‑Thursday, 5 am–3 pm for 1st shift and 3 pm–1 am for 2nd shift, with occasional overtime on Fridays).

The Machine Caster will set up and operate molding machines to produce urethane molded parts, managing general setup, prep, pouring, demolding, and trimming per customer specifications. Excellent time‑management and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential. No prior experience required; training will be provided for candidates with a positive attitude and dedication.

Set up and operate manufacturing equipment, ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain equipment in good working condition, and ensure product quality meets customer specifications.

• Previous machine operation experience preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures, and safety rules
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Working knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to accurately use measurement tools and equipment is necessary
• Self‑motivated, problem solver who will maintain a positive working relationship with team members
• Excellent attendance record

• 4 day work week (Monday‑Thursday)
• $.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift
