Responsibilities- Execute precise setups and operation of CNC milling centers to meet rigorous engineering specifications.
- Translate technical blueprints and CAD data into efficient machining strategies to ensure high-accuracy output.
- Maximize equipment uptime by performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of CNC systems.
- Optimize production workflows by monitoring machining cycles and adjusting parameters to enhance part quality.
- Validate component integrity using advanced metrology tools to ensure total compliance with quality standards.
- Partner with engineering teams to refine machining techniques and boost overall shop floor efficiency.
- Uphold a high-standard, safe, and organized workspace that supports lean manufacturing principles.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated professional experience in CNC milling and machine operation.
- Strong technical proficiency in CNC programming and tooling management.
- Expertise in interpreting complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Technical degree or specialized certification in machining.
- Advanced experience with Master Cam software.
- Strong background in CNC machine setup and complex changeover procedures.
