Anovia Health, a physician-led, independent, Wisconsin-based primary care provider, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN or CMA to be an integral part of our Marshfield and Stevens Point and surrounding communities care teams. Here, you will be part of a team overseen by a physician, and/or advanced practice clinician in providing high-quality care for patients from birth to age 64. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while contributing to an innovative, growing practice.
WhoWe’re Looking For
- Licensed RN, LPN, or CMA with solid clinical experience
- Patient-focused and comfortable building strong, ongoing relationships
- Confident working in a small, collaborative care team
- Self-directed and dependable, with good clinical judgment
- Certified and proficient in phlebotomy
- Interested in practicing in a setting that prioritizes quality and efficiency over volume
- More time with patients without focusing on volume
- A calm, organized clinic environment with realistic expectations
- Close collaboration with physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Flexibility in scheduling, with some variation in clinic hours/days
- Opportunities to grow in responsibility, leadership, and compensation
- A supportive culture that values accountability, ownership, and teamwork
- Provide hands-on clinical support in a primary care setting
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures confidently and competently
- Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow
- Collaborate closely with physicians and advanced practice clinicians to deliver coordinated care
- Help lead and support clinical and administrative processes that enhance the patient experience
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and contribute ideas that make the clinic better
