Job Description:
Step into an ICU environment where you'll deliver high-stakes care as a dedicated RN in the 3N MICU, supporting patients with respiratory, neurologic, cardiac, and GI needs. Bring a minimum of two years of ICU experience, Cerner charting proficiency, and the ability to manage titratable drips and complex medications; travel experience is valued. You'll work 12-hour shifts on a variable day-to-night schedule, with rotating weekends and holidays to keep you engaged and growing.
Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes respiratory therapists and intensivists, with nurse-to-patient ratios typically 1:2 (1:1 for higher acuity) and a strong focus on acute, patient-centered care.
Requirements:
- 2 years ICU experience
- 1 year travel experience
- Cerner experience
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
- NIHSS
