  12‑hour days, at least 36 hours per week, generally Friday–Sunday, every other holiday.
• Float rotation may be required based on unit census; respiratory support staff available 24/7.
• No scrubs provided; no scrub color required.
• Orientation includes one shift of HR onboarding and one shift on the unit.
