Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN — Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Job Details- Specialty:
Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN
- Start Date:
08/03/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours:
36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts (day/evening 7:00 AM or 11:00 AM; night 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Shift pattern:
Every other weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays per schedule (2 of 3 winter holidays, alternating otherwise) - Department:
Med Tele – 8N, 27 beds - Nurse‑to‑patient ratios: 1:4‑5 day/evening, 1:6 night (up to 1:7 with short shift)
- Nurse aide support: 1:7‑9 day/evening, 1:14 night
- Charting:
Cerner - Technologies:
Telemetry monitoring, continuous CPAP, BiPAP, high‑flow O₂, respiratory therapy available 24/7 - Additional duties:
Drip titration (insulin, heparin, cardizem, nitro, amiodarone, octreotide), blood transfusion management, tele awareness, potential charge nurse role - Orientation:
One day computer/CBT/regulatory training and a 12‑hour shift on the floor - Scrub color:
Any color allowed; no other health system logos
- Licensed RN with acute care experience and comfort with complex medical patients.
- Experience managing and titrating intravenous drips and blood transfusions.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
- No oncology or chemotherapy knowledge required.
- Proficiency with Cerner charting system.
- BLS certification (AHA) required.
- Telemetry awareness and ability to read telemetry strips.
- Ability to work 12‑hour shifts with weekend and holiday coverage as outlined.
- Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,484.
- Contract completion bonus: $500.
- Weekly pay via direct deposit.
