Endo GI Unit
* Certifications

Required:

BLS and ACLSWI or compact state RN license.

- # Suites: 10 procedure/OR rooms. (8 outpatient, 2 inpatient)- Average # of cases per day: 30.

- Common Cases: EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Dilations, food impactions.

- Experience or 'Must have' skills:
At least pre/post experience, conscious sedation experience and advanced GI case experience would be nice
- Shifts & Scheduling: 10 hour day shift and call rotation for 24/7 coverage (depending on experience with advanced cases and conscious sedation)- Weeknight/Call Requirements:
None for nurses
- Nurses only stay late to complete necessary cases - Weekend/Call Requirements:
Yes, on rotation. They are on 8 9-week rotation. They will only take call if they can do conscious sedation and advanced cases.

Yes, on rotation.

- What is call response time: 45-60 minutes.
