$500 CONTRACT COMPLETION BONUS

RN - IMC

• 12-hour evening shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• 36 hours per week available
• No on-call or standby requirement unless picking up an extra shift
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 on days through 11:00 PM and 1:5-6 on nights after 11:00 PM
• Nurse aide support available with ratios of 1:10 on days, 1:10-12 on evenings, and 1:15 after 11:00 PM
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a busy hospital environment required
• Experience with post-procedural cath lab patients required
• Experience managing TR band compression devices and chest pain required
• Experience with post-cardiac surgical patients required
• Titrate drips including Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Lasix, Bumex, and Dobutamine (no vasopressors)
• Care for cardiac medical and surgical patients including post cath lab (stent, pacemaker, ICD, Watchman, mitral clip, TAVR) and post cardiac surgery (CABG, valve replacements, AFib, chest pain, CHF, arrhythmias, syncope, bradycardia with temporary pacemaker)
• 24/7 central telemetry unit monitors all non-critical care patients and reads strips
• Respiratory therapy available 24/7 for nebulizers, inhalers, CPAP, BiPAP, and Vapotherm support; RNs responsible for incentive spirometry
• Floating to other units as needed based on census
• No self-scheduling; block scheduling based on unit needs
• Charting system:
  Cerner
• No scrubs provided; no required scrub color
• Required certifications: ACLS, ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

This acute care facility is a Level 2 trauma center offering comprehensive inpatient medical and surgical services. The 3N MS/IMC unit consists of 29 beds and specializes in cardiac medical and surgical care, providing advanced monitoring and treatment for a wide range of cardiac conditions. The facility supports a multidisciplinary team approach with around-the-clock respiratory therapy and centralized telemetry monitoring to ensure high-quality patient care.
