Unit Overview

• 29 beds
• Ratios:
  Days 1:4–5 | NOCs 1:5–6
• Shifts offered: 0700–1930, 1100–2330, 2300–0700
• No self-scheduling — block scheduling to the extent staffing allows
• Weekends:
  Every other weekend | Holidays:
  Every other holiday
• No call/standby requirement
• Float required to other adult medical/surgical units
• Orientation: 1 day computer training + 1–2 days precepted floor orientation

Requirements

• Experience:
  
  1–2 years acute care nursing experience
