Join our Festival Foods team as a Cart Runner! The Cart Runner reports to the Guest Services Manager and assists guests with parcel pickup and ensures carts are readily available. Whether rain or shine, your dedication maintaining a welcoming environment sets the stage for an outstanding shopping experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Providing Outstanding Service: Ensure each customer receives exceptional service in a friendly environment. Thank guests, answer questions, address concerns.
• Creating a Welcoming Atmosphere: Be friendly, courteous, and cooperative while communicating with associates and customers.
• Upholding Standards: Maintain Guest Services expectations and standards.
• Cart Collection: Collect shopping carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas, returning them to the store in all weather conditions.
• Parcel Pickup: Perform prompt parcel pick‑up service to enhance customer convenience.
• Share and Solve: Share customer requests with management and proactively resolve issues.
• Support the Team: Other duties as assigned, including supporting superior customer‑service initiatives.
• Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and adequate notice for absences.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Stand in place for long periods, walk in the store, bend, stoop, lift or push up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Fine finger and broad manual dexterity, eye‑hand‑foot coordination to operate equipment.
• Work varied hours/days including nights, weekends, holidays as needed in all weather conditions.

Work Schedule: May include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Associate Discount: 15% off grocery purchases for you and your immediate household.
• Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly. Part‑time associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays; full‑time receive time and a half.
• Two‑Week Advanced Scheduling: Schedules released two weeks in advance for predictability and flexibility.
• Vision & Dental Insurance: Part‑time and full‑time associates eligible for vision insurance and two dental coverage options.
