Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, ensuring accuracy before pick up. They provide appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed.

• Shop across departments to locate and select items for customers.
• Fill and verify online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Dispense orders to customers, engaging them in conversation to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in-store shoppers while fulfilling online orders during busy times such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain stock, cleanliness, and safety in your area.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store.
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe.

• Hourly wages that equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location.
