What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve sales and gross profit goals by executing key sales initiatives and programs
  • Engage dental laboratory customers through face-to-face interactions and proactive sales efforts
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and social media
  • Develop and maintain a business development plan for each customer to drive profitable sales
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize account opportunities and drive sales event attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 0 to 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in dental or lab sales
  • Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in a related discipline;
    Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and planning skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Additional industry certifications related to dental or lab sales
