Mechanic, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor

Job Requirements

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to Caterpillar machinery, tractor‑trailers, quad‑axle dump trucks, and automotive vehicles.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, both electrical and mechanical, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify worn or faulty parts and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain records and document service and repairs.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of equipment.
• Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of transmission systems, engine components, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of body work and painting (a plus).
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Have a CDL Class A license.

Diesel and Heavy Mechanic Degree. Can train the right candidate; pay is based on experience and can be discussed in person during the interview.
