we farm 10,000 acres per year of seed corn, soybeans, sweet corn, peas, and green beans.

• employees will assist with rock picking, tillage, planting, detasseling, de-rougeing, harvesting, irrigation maintenance and repair, field edge cleaning, conditioning seed, filling and emptying grain storage bins, transferring seed/fertilizer/materials to fields, receiving winter fertilizer shipments, and fertilizing fields.
• employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned.
• employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
