United Process Piping is hiring Entry-Level Road Crew Welders.
We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals who want to build a career in stainless process piping, welding, and field installation.
This position offers the opportunity to travel, gain hands‑on experience, learn from experienced tradespeople, and grow alongside a small, family‑owned company that is actively expanding.
Compensation and benefits include:
- Starting pay of $22 to $26 per hour
, based on experience and qualifications - $62 daily per diem on qualifying travel days, overtime after 40 hours
- SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with up to a 3% company match
- Up to $350 monthly health coverage assistance for employees who maintain qualifying individual or spouse‑sponsored health insurance
- PTO and benefits are available after a 90‑day introductory period
- Training, advancement opportunities, and increased responsibility as your skills develop
Previous road‑crew experience is not required. Entry‑level welders with welding education, basic TIG experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
