Perform light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks in a safe, professional manner;
Work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals; explain conditions and troubleshooting steps clearly;
Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local codes, specifications, and ordinances;
Possibly perform installation and maintenance of mechanical and stationary systems, including boiler operations;
Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties;
Assist with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and bed repair and maintenance as needed;
May require on-call duties as needed or directed by the department
