Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Recovery Support Worker to provide trauma-informed, community-based support to individuals experiencing behavioral health and substance use challenges. In this role, you will help clients build daily living skills, set and pursue recovery goals, access housing, healthcare, and community resources, and strengthen natural supports. You will document services, collaborate with clinicians and case managers, assist with crisis de-escalation, and advocate for client choice and dignity.
