Pay & Schedule- $1200 or more per week.
- Hourly Pay: $27.50 per hour.
- Hours per Week: 42 plus additional hours.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $1500 at 30 days and $1500 at 90 days.
- Schedule:
4‑day work week; rotating weekends off. - Start Time: 6:00 AM.
- BOOT ALLOWANCE PROVIDED.
- Paid Personal Time Off starts at Day 1 – 80 hours accrued in the first year.
- If you decide not to use earned vacation time, the remaining balance is paid at your hourly rate.

- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Pass a Ryder drug test.
- Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
- Pass a DOT physical.
- Pass a Ryder road test.
- Provide appropriate CDL & endorsements for the position.
- Class A verifiable experience in a tractor‑trailer or comparable vehicle:
- 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
- 2 years Landscaping group within the last 5 years, OR
- 5 years Experience with in the last 10 years.
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/orԥ agency rules, standards 드를
- Detection and elimination or minimization of safety hazards and maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Loading/Unloading freight or assisting with the loading/unloading of freight if required by the customer.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
