Job Overview
In our over the road Curtainside Fleet, you’ll haul freight across 48 states and Canada. Curtainside allows you to protect and secure the customer’s freight with much less physical demand than traditional tarping. Arrive at the customer, load the freight, secure the freight, then slide the curtains closed. It’s as easy as that!
If you live in parts of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana, you’ll have the opportunity to get home most weeks. If not, you’ll be home three days after being out 11-14. Stay out longer, get more home time.

Eligibility- Class A drivers with at least 4 months of recent driving experience
Now you can earn even more with Roehl’s Your Choice Pay Plan! Effective February 4, 2018, the Roehl Your Choice Pay Plan will increase mileage rates up to 10%, with experienced drivers earning up to a 5 CPM increase and inexperienced drivers up to a 2 CPM increase. Plus, experienced drivers can also take advantage of our $10k sign‑on bonus.
- Experienced drivers will get a 5‑cents-per-mile increase at level 10 of the pay plan, and inexperienced drivers will get a 2‑cents-per-mile increase at level
1. Based on their performance, Roehl truck drivers can move up in the Your Choice Pay Plan each quarter, and all Roehl pay levels will receive an increase.
