Paint & Hang Line Supervisor

2nd shift 3pm-12am.

Location:

Martin, TN.

• Supervise production activities for washers, hangline, paint system, assembly line equipment, etc.
• Coordinate schedules and manpower assignments to meet production requirements.
• Understand safe operation of washers, hangline, ovens, and all support equipment.
• Handle production personnel matters such as safety concerns, vacation, personal days, disciplinary actions, time cards, training, and appraisals.
• Maintain quality and production standards following ISO, Lean, and Company procedures.
• Highlight concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.

• High School Graduate.
• Three years experience in a finishing system.
• Demonstrated understanding of finishing systems.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interact with people.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Standards.
• Effective communication skills and good written skills.

The salary range for this position is $63,800.00 - $.
